The idea for Phoenix Deluxe Cleaning started in 2016 when Ashley Hodges (founder) was pregnant with her daughter Phoenix. Like many women who are in the nesting stage of pregnancy, she became anxious about her home  being prepared for the baby's arrival. A few family members performed a deep cleaning of her home so well, the idea of a cleaning service emerged.
